Scott Schryver is a Senior Managing Director with MCA Financial Group.\u00a0 Before joining MCA, Scott worked in the commercial banking and finance industry for more than 35 years.\u00a0 Most recently, Scott was a Senior Vice President serving as a Division Manager and Regional Credit Manager for Wells Fargo & Company, responsible for multiple offices in the Southwest United States. He managed a group of 20 team members and was responsible for over 110 clients providing in excess of $4 billion in loan commitments.<\/p>\n
Most of Scott\u2019s banking experience was devoted to providing middle-market operating companies with working capital financing solutions.\u00a0 As a collaborative leader, Scott became a trusted advisor to his many corporate clients guiding them on M&A transactions, divestitures, working capital challenges, budgeting models, capital structures, growth initiatives, dispute resolution matters, and staffing needs.\u00a0 Scott\u2019s diverse client list includes contractors, manufacturers, distributors, importers, building products companies, and retailers.\u00a0 Typical client revenues ranged between $5 million and $1 billion per annum.\u00a0 Scott\u2019s experience also includes guiding and advising companies seeking financing for bankruptcy and restructuring, turnaround, high growth rate, acquisition, and buyout purposes.<\/p>\n
Scott has extensive experience in credit approvals, credit administration, relationship management, marketing, compliance, talent management, and leadership.\u00a0 Responsible for bottom-line results for the offices he managed, Scott is skilled in budgeting and managing a business for results.\u00a0 He is skilled at developing a strategic perspective for successful business decisions. Scott also has a proven ability to work effectively with senior management and employees at all levels and has a great track record of developing talent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Scott started his career working for the Comptroller of the Currency, Department of the US Treasury.<\/p>\n Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Accounting, from the
